- Address: 12 Victoria Arobieke St, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Experience: First off, this restaurant literally has no signage. Nothing that says, “Oh here we are”. Thanks to google map which stated that we had arrived our destination, we were still uncertain. Had to ask a security staff who affirmed. You know how annoying this is? I just feel signages are a must have for businesses. Visitors should not be confused as to where you are located.
Guys, the restroom could best be described as adequate for sexual rendezvous. First off, one door leads to both restrooms. There is one restroom area with two stalls and one common area for washing and drying hands. Mind you, it is a dim lit area and there was no toilet paper ecept for paper towel.
So lets assume one has a running belly for instance. How is one expected to comfortably use the convenience, knowing the opposite sex is right next door? For night visitors, how do you manage some random guy with you in the restroom area? Honestly, it is a no no for me.
Anyways, after walking in, I forgave them. Such a beauty! We sat at this beautiful spot inside the restaurant that had a nicely placed Egyptian pharaoh head art work. Green was high up and the cushions were neat and smelled good too. Guess what! They offered us a bread basket while we awaited our orders…(Insert dancing smiley) The bread was too good! Had this coconut coating and was everything!

Service: the waitress was polite and had a smile on all the time. She waited and offered to show pictures when I requested to know the quantity of fries I opted for. They readily cleaned as they served, and the music was just the perfect blend of Caribbean and not disturbingly loud. I wouldn’t know for night visits, seeing that we visited in the afternoon.
Taste: Food was delicious. I had spicy chicken wings served with fries and what nice spicy it was! Chicken was well cooked and nicely served. I tasted off my friend’s bowl of pasta arrabiata with creamy sauce alongside diced chicken and cheese. Tasted good too, although the dressing could have been better. The seasoning didn’t quite get into the chicken, but the pasta tasted great.

Price: I feel the spot is quite pricey. Baby sprite for example cost N500 naira (That’s the sprite that goes for N100 in stores). In general though, I truly felt they were quite pricey. Cost us N15,000 for three persons eating 2 portions of chicken wings, a portion of fries, three bottles of sprite and a pasta meal.
Caution: Just to be safe, go along with your tissue. Google map could help should you be new to the terrain.
Note: Beautiful clean spot for chill out. Lovely music.
